Never one to rest on their laurels, Pam & Steve continue to grow as agents, paying attention to market trends and staying educated with the latest technology.

Since first moving to Santa Clarita in 1974, Pam & Steve have established themselves as industry leaders through successful marketing, networking, and negotiating, sales and financing experience. Their networking throughout the industry and the community has resulted in an unprecedented referral base.
Pam believes networking is the key to success in this ever changing market. Today she serves on the Board of Directors of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce where Pam will be Chairman of the Board in 2007. She is a member of the SCV Networking Group as well as Business Connections Networking Group.
Pam's other belief is to give back to the community. She also serves on the Board for the Betty Ferguson Foundation, whose mission is "To Train, Develop and Empower Women and Youth to be a Vital Force in Society", she is a member and Past President of Soroptimist of Santa Clarita She also works with Boys and Girls Club, Child and Family Center and Carousel Ranch.
Another way the couple gives back is through their moving van "CharityVan.com". Set aside for clients to use free of charge, the van is also available at no cost to charitable organizations and can be seen at most events in the Santa Clarita Valley.
